YOUR ROLE…
As an HR & Admin Officer at Fizzbuzz, Inc., you will support our company’s growth and success. You will be able to work closely with talented individuals in the animation and gaming industry, providing HR and administrative support to enable our team to excel. Your dedication and passion for HR and administration will ensure a positive work environment and smooth operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES…
➢ Manage employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information.
➢ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new team members.
➢ Administer employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
➢ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
➢ Support general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
WHAT YOU GOTTA HAVE…
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
➢ Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
➢ Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
➢ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
➢ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
➢ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
