MEET THE TEAM Pt. 3: Getting to Know the People Behind the Buzz
Lookie here, we have entered the third leg of this Meet The Team series – the series that features the talented people of Team Fizzbuzz. We know that our organization would not be the dynamic and awesome team that it is without every single one of us pitching in.
So today we turn the spotlight on the architects from behind the scene. They’re the ones who build, maintain, and improve the digital worlds inside the Fizzbuzz bubble. You see, most Devs and SEO guys get the usual bad rep of being the uni-dimensional types. Not the Fizzbuzz team, though. This feature and their answers beg to differ.
Meet the SEO and DEV Team:
An ace at keyword researches, an SEO strategist, audio mixer, video editor, and a budding tattoo artist…is there anything Brenn cannot do?!
1. If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
Tom Cruise, I guess? I mean, we do have similar face profile LOL (Editor’s Note: They also have the same height profile…haha…We love you, Brenn!)
2. What do you think is the best part about your role now?
Uhmm, the best part of my role is like being a sage that guides my teammates in achieving their goals.
3. What is the one thing you can’t live without?
A few months back, I would’ve said that “I cannot live without cigarettes” but I have since shifted to vape, so I would most likely say, I can’t live without vape. But I also can’t live without a headset because I love music. I don’t know…it’s a tough choice to make!
4. What’s your Shower Song?
I have no particular songs to sing when taking a shower but if I have to, I will pick Confined by As I Lay Dying.
5. Without the intent of offending fanboys everywhere, pick one: Windows or Mac?
WINDOWS – because of the speed: I play games and edit videos at a fast pace.
We know whose playlist it is the moment we hear sappy love songs. It’s this guy’s.
1. If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
I have no one specific in mind but if I really would have to choose one, I think Freddie Highmore would be an interesting choice. I find him to be a flexible actor and I am curious to see what Freddie could do with a role that requires him to be an out and proud gay man.
2. What do you think is the best part about your role now?
The best part of my role now is being able to create a masterpiece using what’s trending in the market. There’s also that aspect of being able to provide solutions to customers so that they get the best user experience in the apps we create.
3. What is the one thing you can’t live without?
Hmmm, this is pretty hard. There are a million material things to think about as a possible answer to this question. But to be honest, if there is one thing I can’t live without, I think it is the love of family.
4. What is your Shower Song?
Do you even need to ask? The Scientist by Coldplay, of course!

Is this even a question? HAHA…What’s that thing they say? “Once you go Mac, you never go back?” Well that’s me. After being inducted into Machood, I’m definitely a self-professed convert. I can confidently say that I am in good hands with Mac. (Editor’s Note: This is not a paid ad for Mac. We also did not intend to infringe on a Philippine bank’s tagline. Haha)
We don’t call her Fizzbuzz’s Official Food Ambassador for nothing. There always seems to be a feast of some kind whenever Niña is around. And hey, we’re not complaining.
1. Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
Easy. Emma Watson, because of Harry Potter (fandom!) and because if any, I would want my character to have a posh British accent (never mind the accuracy, it’s MY movie, right?)…hehehehe.
2. What do you think is the best part about your role now?
It has to be the shifting technology landscape. And because of that we’re always in the position to be ready to learn. One cannot afford to be stagnant. And that’s what I love, the constant learning.
3. What is the one thing you can’t live without?
My phone because of Shopee and Paymaya. Speaking of, sponsor me, please…hahaha
